CHI KUNG

“Action originates from inaction and stillness is the mother of movement.”

Wang Xiang Zhai

Chi Kung means the art of exercising Qi.

Qi is considering the life force which moves within our body. Ideally, if it is correctly balanced within our body, then all our body functions are perfect, our movement is fluid, we feel and are strong.

Chi Kung consists on different movements performed in a soft and relatively slow way, involving all our body, all the muscles, joints and attention. Maximum effect with minimum effort.

When we consider Chi Kung from a physical point of view, the balanced flow of blood it promotes, helps to lower the blood pressure and improve our circulation.
